EU, U.S. Prepare to Exchange TTIP Market Access Offers This Week

European Union and U.S. negotiators are expected this week to exchange offers on market access for the potential Transatlantic Trade and Investment Partnership free trade agreement, thus taking discussions to a more involved level than previously was the case.
