TTIP Negotiators Remain Optimistic on Progress in 2014

The third round of talks on the wide-ranging 'Transatlantic Trade and Investment Partnership' (TTIP) took place in Washington last week, and negotiators are predicting that progress on food safety provisions and technical barriers to trade will continue at least into next spring.
