Brazil Begins Internal Consultations on Cotton Dispute with U.S.

Brazil plans to begin consultations next month with domestic interests on what steps the country should take in light of a recent U.S. decision to discontinue agreed payments to Brazil's cotton industry. Earlier this week, Brazil's Trade Ministry said the discussions are intended as "a preparatory act for an eventual retaliation."
