CRS Report Sees Possible Changes to Future Grants of Trade Promotion Authority

Congress may wish to implement changes to Trade Promotion Authority negotiating objectives and consultation procedures if it answers President Obama's call for TPA renewal, according to a recent report by the Congressional Research Service.
