LUCAS APPEARS UNCONCERNED ABOUT THREAT OF PRESIDENTIAL VETO OF FARM BILL

The White House has threatened a veto of the farm bill that will be brought to the House floor today, but the legislation's manager, Agriculture Committee Chairman Frank Lucas, R-Okla., appears unruffled by the threat.
