Army Corps Could Receive Additional Funds for Port Maintenance

The Senate this week approved legislation to reauthorize water infrastructure projects, a bill that advances the novel notion that money collected for and deposited in the Harbor Maintenance Trust Fund be used for harbor maintenance.
