Republicans Block Senate Panel Vote on McCarthy Nomination

The Senate Environment and Public Works Committee did not meet as scheduled yesterday to consider the nomination of Gina McCarthy to serve as administrator of the Environmental Protection Agency as all Republicans on the panel boycotted the session.
