EPA Administrator Confirmation Vote Scheduled for May 9

The Senate Environment and Public Works Committee is scheduled to vote tomorrow on President Obama's nomination of Gina McCarthy to be the next administrator of the Environmental Protection Agency. In advance of the vote, McCarthy has been busy providing Senate Republicans with written answers to their questions, but reportedly has provided few specific commitments for the agency's regulatory agenda over the next few years.
