House Members Revive Old Reliable Legislation on 'Currency Manipulation

A bipartisan group of House members including Ways and Means Committee ranking member Sander Levin, D-Mich., has introduced legislation designed to crack down on currency manipulation by China and other nations. Similar legislation has been introduced in both houses of Congress over the past 20 years or so, none of which ever made it to the president's desk for his signature.
