Ethanol Opportunity Seen

ORLANDO, Fla. (DTN) -- Though the U.S. ethanol industry is facing the prospect of a cut to the Renewable Fuel Standard, 2014 will be a watershed year for the industry, Bob Dinneen, Renewable Fuels Association president and chief executive officer, told industry leaders Tuesday during the National Ethanol Conference.

The biofuels industry as a whole faces across-the-board cuts in RFS volumes in 2014, pending the release of final numbers from the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, perhaps this summer.
