NEW YORK (DTN) -- Kinder Morgan has lifted a force majeure declared Sunday, Jan. 5, at its ethanol terminal in Argo, Ill., situated near Chicago, because of improved weather conditions, company spokeswoman Melissa Ruiz said.

"As of midnight on Jan. 7, 2014, the force majeure for the Chicago and Argo Terminals has been lifted due to the improved weather conditions, and operations are back to normal," she said in a statement emailed to Schneider Electric.
