NEW YORK (DTN) -- Domestic ethanol supplies posted a build last week, with total inventories surging nearly 400,000 barrels (bbl), or 2.5% ,to 15.653 million bbl during the week-ended Mar. 21, up from a 2-1/2 month low of 15.3 million bbl posted a week prior, data issued Wednesday, March 26, by the U.S. Energy Information Administration shows.

Total stockpiles are 1.8 million bbl, or 10.3%, below the level seen a year ago, with stocks rebounding from low levels along the East and Gulf coasts.
