STREATOR, Ill. (DTN) -- Ergon Ethanol, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Ergon, Inc., has acquired Bunge North America, Inc.'s interest in Ergon BioFuels, LLC, located in Vicksburg, Miss., and now owns 100% of the company, according to a news release Thursday. Financial terms were not disclosed.

Effective Dec. 31, 2013, Bunge-Ergon Vicksburg, LLC changed its name to Ergon BioFuels, LLC.
