Big River Resources Inks CO2 Deal

STREATOR, Ill. (DTN) -- Air Products, a supplier of liquid carbon dioxide in the United States, said in a news release Monday it signed a long-term agreement for the production of liquid CO2 with Big River Resources Boyceville, LLC, with the company operating an ethanol production plant based out of Boyceville, Wisc.

Air Products will operate a facility to produce 250 tons daily of liquid CO2 at Big River Resources' plant. Air Products will market food and beverage-grade CO2 from the plant, which is expected to begin production early this year.
