Milk supply is plentiful for demand. Increasing milk production is expected over the next few months as spring flush gears up. Cows are being added to operations that have room to add cows while some other operations are expanding facilities. Of course, this will not change supply dramatically in the near term, but will over time. Bottling demand is flat with orders somewhat sluggish. Retail outlets are still assessing sales and supply before placing orders for restocking. Milk futures rebounded as traders tried to move futures in order to eliminate some of the large discount continued in the market. ...
