Milk

Milk production is improving in the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic States as weather improves. I know this sounds like a broken record, but this is the time of year during which milk production steadily increases. Central region production continues to lag the usual increase. Focus is beginning to be directed at spring planting and how much will get in the ground and when. This will have a large impact on the strength of milk production and milk prices later in the year.
