USDA now estimates milk production this year to increase another 100 million pounds to now 205.7 billion pounds which would be an increase of 4.5 billion pounds from last year. This is substantial and will need strong demand to keep milk prices high. USDA raised their projection of the All-milk price 20 cents to now average $21.20 per cwt. They raised Class III milk price 45 cents to an average of $18.70. However, Class IV price was reduced 5 cents from last month's projection to an average of $20.20.
