Milk production has not changed much this week with lingering winter weather issues from the Midwest to the East Coast. Farm milk volumes have increase in the West and South resulting in greater availability of supply to both bottlers and manufacturers. The farm bill was officially signed into law Friday, ending a long battle over numerous issues.
