There is not an overabundance of milk floating around the country. While milk production is improving in some areas, other areas remain fairly flat. Winter weather continues to affect milk production. Excess milk volumes are hard to obtain with prices running at class to as much as $2 above. Slowing seasonal demand has not caused any back up in supply and may not as long as demand remains at current levels.
