If one was to look at the market for the first time this week you would think milk supply is very tight with no cheese available. That is not the case, but buyers are in the spot market looking to get their hands on some cheese. Milk production stabilized in many areas due to the cold weather while other areas have shown some increasing production. More milk will be available for manufacturing over the next two weeks, but it will take some time for this to move through the market.
