Milk

Milk production has been steady with cold weather keeping production strong, but stable. Bottlers and manufacturers would like to have more milk available especially at this time of year, but this may be changing due to school accounts virtually closed for the next few weeks. Manufacturers are ready and willing to pick up greater milk supplies that will be available over the next few weeks. Milk production in Florida has stabilized, still requiring heavy supplies to be brought into the state. There were 90 loads brought in compared to 95 last week. A year ago there were 70 loads ...
