A last-minute push is underway to get products produced and shipped for the holidays. This has caused the frenzy of orders and milk demand seen recently. One has to wonder the extent of price strength once there is no more opportunity to ship dairy products before the end of the year. We hope buyers will not step back completely allowing for a large void under the market. Milk shipments into Florida increased this week with 95 loads moving in compared to 79 last week and 70 loads moving out of the state during the same week last year. Dairy ...
