Market fundamentals are little changed. Milk supply is adequate for demand, but termed as tight due to the many areas that are looking for milk. Good milk prices will keep dairy producers looking to improve milk production. Lower feed prices should aid in profitability to finish off the year. Next year looks brighter as nearly all milk contracts have moved above $17. Retail outlets are assessing milk movement over the holiday period and will place orders accordingly.
