Manufacturing milk supplies are already on the rise as schools close for the holiday and store shelves have already been stocked. This will be short-lived as school will resume shortly and holiday demand will be in full swing. Milk production continues to rise, but at a slower pace than many would like. Demand is strong and even though there is sufficient supply to go around, manufacturers would like the ability to purchase milk without paying premiums of as much $3.00 over class.
