Schools will be closing soon for Thanksgiving holiday, allowing for more fluid milk to move to manufacturing. This will be welcome as plants have been loath to pay the extra premiums required to gain available milk. This availability will be limited as schools will resume next week. Anything will help when demand is strong and manufacturers would like to keep plants full. Slowly improving milk production will allow greater receipts at the plant level, but it will take some time before bottlers and manufacturers will be comfortable with supply.
