Class III milk futures slowly increased mainly in November through February contracts. The November contract moved above October, improving the price outlook for another month. December is about 45 cents lower but should move up over the next month, providing spot prices remain steady. The Senate reached an agreement over the lifting of the debt ceiling allowing for funding of federal agencies through January 15 and the authority to borrow through February 7.
