Global Dairy Trade auction prices were mostly lower. The trade weighted average declined 1.9% from the previous event. Whole milk powder declined 2.9% to $5,058mt or $2.29 per pound. Skim milk powder increased 0.7% to $4,542mt or $2.06 per pound. Anhydrous milk fat declined 1.2% to $5,007mt or $2.27 per pound. Butter declined 3.5% to $3,780mt or $1.71 per pound. Cheddar cheese declined 1.7% to $4,326mt or $1.96 per pound. Buttermilk powder declined 5.2% to $4,680mt or $2.12 per pound with milk protein concentrate up 1.7% at $4,541mt or $3.36 per pound.
