Weather has been more conducive for cow comfort, allowing for milk production to begin improving. Bottling demand is steady with milk moving around to areas that provide the greatest return. Class III milk futures are stuck within a narrow trading range with contracts moving up and down depending on who is trading on any given day. Some progress is attempting to be made on the farm bill.
