Milk supplies are tight in each region right now as processing plants are willing to absorb the milk produced and still want more. Production for most areas is improving following weather-related declines, but demands are keeping things tight. In the Southeast, cream demand has tightened supplies and increased the price. Florida is near its low for the year in milk production and continues to bring in a lot of loads to meet demand.
