November and later Class III milk contracts closed lower than they did a week ago despite an increase in cash prices over the week. There is somewhat of a bearish feel to the market much like grains only not quite as severe. Milk supply seems to have leveled with increases noted in milk production in many cases. The hot weather took its toll, but now is a thing of the past.
