Milk futures exhibited little direction Wednesday. Current fundamentals indicate little need for cash and futures prices to move in any significant direction. Corn, hay, and milk prices moved in the same direction in July, resulting in an unchanged milk/feed ratio from June. However, soybean price increased. The average corn price was $6.83, down 14 cents per bushel from June. Soybean price increased 40 cents to $15.40. Alfalfa hay price declined $11.00 per ton to an average of $209.00.
