Milk

Milk production in the West continues to be affected by hot weather. Much of the rest of the country is experiencing better weather, allowing for some increase in milk production since the hot weather abated. However, production continues to run 8%-10% below the level it was prior to the hot spell. Milk is selling at least $2 above class with a few bids higher, but that seems to be the exception.
