Tighter milk supply has some manufacturers scrambling for milk to keep vats full and demand met. There does not seem to be a shortage, but rather a desire to continue to bottle and manufacture to keep up with demand. There has been some increase of milk production is some areas as cows are more comfortable and appetites have improved, but volumes lack pre-hot-weather levels.
