It is worth noting that Florida did not send any milk out of the state or bring any into the state this week. Production and demand is turning the corner and could result in the state bringing milk in to fulfill demand for the next months. Milk production in the Eastern region of the country is said to have lost upwards of 10% due to the recent bout of hot weather.
