Global Dairy Trade auction prices were mixed Tuesday with the overall trade weighted average increasing 0.7 percent over the previous event. Whole Milk Powder price increased 0.1 percent to $4,757mt or $2.16 per pound. Skim Milk Powder gained 3.1 percent to $4,441mt or $2.01 per pound. Anhydrous Milk Fat price increased 1.2 percent to $4,645mt or $2.11 per pound. Butter price fell 5.7 percent to $3,707mt or $1.68 per pound with Cheddar cheese price down 3.7 percent to $4,395mt or $1.99 per pound.
