Milk

Milk production in the Northeastern region of the country continues to remain strong. So much so that manufacturers are running at full capacity. Some milk is moving to areas of the Southeast to fill bottling demand. However, even though hot weather has reduced milk production in Florida, they continue to send milk out of the state for manufacturing. There were 68 loads sent out during the week compared to 92 loads last week and 120 last year. Hot weather will affect most other areas of the country as the summer progresses, but many believe production will not be affected ...
