Milk supply in the Central region of the country has been holding steady over the past month. Spring flush seemed to run its course earlier than usual, but yet has been able to maintain steady production. Weather has been good in the region with cows comfortable. Fluid milk demand is somewhat flat in most areas. Schools are closed and typically demand for fluid milk slows during the summer. There are a few reports of milk being sold 50 cents under class, but those seem to be the exception. The majority of milk is running at class or slightly above. ...
