August and September Class III milk contracts were able to close above $19 again following the strength in the underlying cash. Most of the other contracts have rebounded somewhat, but yet not enough to change the trend, according to the futures daily chart. Manufacturing milk supplies are increasing as most schools are now closed for the summer. Milk production seems to have peaked for the season with some areas still increasing a bit.
