Extra milk expected over the holiday weekend looks to be handled easily with a minimal amount of milk offered below class. Manufacturers will increase plant hours to handle extra milk willingly. They are not concerned over increasing inventories. Class I demand continues to slow with sufficient demand for fluid milk from manufacturers. Milk production continues to hold steady in much of the country. The outlook for grain and forage does not look good in some areas.
