Global Dairy Trade prices caught buyer's attention last week bringing greater interest in procuring cheese and butter supply ahead of time. Milk production remains strong with sufficient supply for demand. It was anticipated cheese and butter prices would not continue to improve on a daily basis, but the extent of the increase was unknown. Once buyers begin leap-frogging over each other, there is no telling how far prices can move. Spring flush in beginning with volumes to increase over the next few months.
