Global Dairy Trade prices caught buyer's attention last week bringing greater interest in procuring cheese and butter supply ahead of time. Milk production remains strong with sufficient supply for demand. It was anticipated cheese and butter prices would not continue to improve on a daily basis, but the extent of the increase was unknown.
