Milk

Milk production is expanding in much of the nation, adding to already plentiful supplies. Spring flush is in its beginning phase and will expand over the next 2 months. Increasing production may be limited with the percentage increase less than usual during this time of year. Various spring break periods for colleges and schools will be evident over the next few weeks. Fluid milk requirements in those areas will be lower with more milk moving to manufacturing.
