Earlier strength gave way to slightly lower prices as the day wore on. Traders are looking for market direction, but are unable to find any. This keeps trading activity volatile, but limited with market movement confined to short-term scalping. Hedgers continue to hold positions unsure of market direction. Plentiful milk supply keeps hedgers concerned over downside risk potential. Milk receipts are increasing in some areas entertaining the idea spring flush is beginning.
