Winter weather over the past two weeks has been challenging in those areas where significant snowfalls have been recorded. It has not been a matter of milk being lost due to the inability to pick up or other losses, but rather a scrambling to either deliver to other plants or plants having to source milk supply from somewhere else due to a delay in regular shipments.
