Milk

Milk production continues to move along without a hiccup. Overall weather has been conducive to milk production. Culling has increased as feed inventories are dwindling and margins are tight. Recent moisture in many areas has improved the outlook for crop production if indeed it would continue. Fluid milk demand is steady with some minor disruptions from storms. This disruption does little in the overall scheme of the industry as consumers stock up prior to storms and them come back to purchase after the weather has settled down.
