The big snowstorm in the Northeast is now history with most everything back up and running again. There was minimal impact to dairy operations as well as milk movement and manufacturing. Fluid milk demand has increased as retailers replenish store shelves that were depleted prior to the storm. Some milk was diverted from a brief period depending on the level of snow and power outages. Florida production continues to remain strong enough to result in 41 loads moving out of the state in an effort to find manufacturing capacity.
