It is interesting to see how traders react to various market movements or the lack thereof. The inability of Class III futures to hold Monday with significant selling unfolding was due to steady cash prices. Today, cheese prices resumed an upward movement, resulting in a quick change from negative to positive, erasing much of Monday's losses. There continues to be more weather reports and predictions of spring and summer weather with patterns suggesting another year of abnormally dry weather in many of the same areas of the country where drought was prevalent last year.
