Steady to higher milk production continues to dominate the industry. Manufacturing milk supply is heavy. Bottling demand is steady with orders filled easily. The increasing milk supply is showing up at the manufacturer's door. In some cases, primarily in the Midwest, milk is commanding a discount of as much as $1.00-$3.00 below class. The February Federal order Class I price was released earlier this week at $18.21, down $0.76 from January. November fluid milk sales declined 0.5% from a year earlier.
