Weather is good for milk production with mild weather expected overall in the forecast for the next 10 days. Production continues to slowly improve seasonally. Components are improving increasing cheese yield. USDA's Dairy Market News publication indicates some plants in the Midwest are occasionally offering spot loads of milk in the attempt to keep a ceiling on cheese production keeping plant inventories from building up.
