It is interesting to note that manufacturing milk supply declined from the level experienced during the holiday weekend, but still are running higher than they were before the holiday. Bottling demand is nearly back to where it had been prior to the long weekend. This may indicate production is increasing enough to make a difference. However, that production increase is very slow in comparison to other years. Milk production has increased in Florida to the level whereby no loads needed to be shipped into the state this week.
