LIVE CATTLE: $1.72 Higher
DOW JONES: 23 Points Lower
NASDAQ: 13 Points Higher
CRUDE OIL: $0.21 Lower

Midday Market Update:

One would think cheese prices increased today in spot trading considering the substantial movement in Class III futures. The opposite was true similar to the past two days only more volatile today with greater price gains. Block cheese prices declined 3 1/2 cents to close at $2.10 and the lowest closing price since Jan. 6. Barrel price fell 3 cents to close at $2.10 as well. There ...
